Orders and pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, refunding you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order through our payment provider. We do not store card details on our servers.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as possible, but shades and packaging may vary slightly between batches. Always patch test new skincare and check the ingredient list if you have sensitivities.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order except where the law provides otherwise.
