Shipping & returns
How and when your order arrives, and what to do if something isn't right.
UK delivery
Standard delivery (1–2 working days): £4.95, free on orders over £50. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day from Kilmarnock.
Next-day express: £6.95 when ordered before 12pm, Monday to Friday. Highlands and Islands may add one working day.
International delivery
European delivery is available from £12.95 and typically arrives within 3–6 working days. Duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened cosmetics, skincare or fragrance unless the item is faulty.
To start a return, email hello@oliverandco.co.uk with your order reference. We'll send a returns label and confirm your refund within five working days of receiving the parcel.
Damaged or faulty items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, including postage.
